SPECIAL DATE! Our January demo will be on Saturday, January 24, from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Williamson Road Masonic Lodge with Emma Cook (aka the Tiny Turner). Emma is one of the youngest members of the Register of Professional Turners and one of the few female professional turners in the UK. Emma will be demonstrating her chameleon bowl (see picture) using her line of chameleon powder. Emma has many great videos and photos of her work online in forums like YouTube and Instagram. 

January is also the due date for anyone wishing to participate in the club challenge. The Nov challenge to be finished and brought in to the Jan meeting is to turn a single item out of a 3”x3”x3” block of wood. It can be a sphere, bowl, ornament, literally anything from that one block of wood.
